Meet Ryan, the heart behind Michaels Landscapes. Born and raised in the north of England, Ryan brings a grounded, honest work ethic to everything he does — shaped by his roots and refined through years of service in the military. That background instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, reliability, and pride in every task, no matter how big or small.
Now based in Wiltshire, Ryan is not only the owner of Michaels Landscapes but also the man on the ground — quite literally. From the initial consultation to the finishing touches, he is hands-on with every job, ensuring each garden is treated with care, respect, and attention to detail. His passion for the outdoors, combined with a drive to deliver consistently high standards, is what sets the business apart.

Hanna
Project Manager
Hanna is the steady hand behind Michaels Landscapes — managing the essential details that keep everything running smoothly. With over 15 years of experience in high-level corporate environments, including positions at HSBC and Barclays, Hanna brings a wealth of operational knowledge, precision, and professionalism to the company.
As our Project Manager, she oversees administration, client communications, scheduling, and accounts — ensuring every job is delivered on time, efficiently, and to the highest standard. Her experience working out of Sandhurst Military Academy has instilled a strong sense of structure and discipline, which perfectly complements the hands-on work happening out in the field.
Beyond her role in the business, Hanna is also the glue that holds the family together — a devoted mum, a natural organiser, and, in Ryan’s words, “the brains behind the operation.” Her dedication and quiet leadership are key to the company’s success and trusted reputation.
